Can be used in outdoor murals without the UV/ moisture sensitivities of a Cadmium color. (Series 8)   QUINACRIDONE RED LIGHT – The warmest of the Quinacridone Reds, this transparent, modern red starts out assertive and transitions to the most delicate range of pinks in a glaze or tint. (Series 7)   ALIZARIN CRIMSON HUE – An incredibly beautiful scarlet crimson with a bluish undertone; this ancient pigment, originally derived from the madder root, was considered essential to the palette of past masters. Today’s hue is a permanent recreation of the traditional pigment. (Series 7)
