Winsor and Newton Artist Charcoal

Winsor and Newton Artist Charcoal come in two varieties, Willow and Vine.
Willow charcoal is very soft and produces a deep black favored by many artists.
Vine Charcoal is less dark, tends toward a gray.
Vine comes in a range of very soft to hard and Willow comes thick to thin.
Sticks are cut to 6 inches in length, and comes either 3 or 12 to a box.
