Kelley Crank Easel

A Crank Easel with an adjustable mast! A modified version of an easel first seen in Paris around 1871.
Since then, the design has been altered and changed in size, color and wood type by several companies.
This is the BEST version of that great French design.

Although designed for the portrait painter, it is a valuable tool for any painter.
This easel will slant forward or backward
. Its height is adjustable by the simple turn of a crank.
Mounted on front locking casters for mobility this easel includes a middle canvas holder for smaller works.

The Crank Easel

A beautiful design that raises and lowers by the turn of a crank. BEST’s traditional Crank style easel was designed in the style of easels made popular many years ago. The oak construction and heavy–duty crank system will allow even you largest canvases to glide up and down with quiet ease. The BEST Crank, with hand rubbed oil finish, is suitable for displaying work in the finest settings imaginable. The BEST Crank Easel also includes a middle canvas holder for smaller works.

Note: The mast will lift as the lower canvas tray is lifted, so consider ceiling height.

Portable Collapsible Easel
