Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed that is no longer available or has been discontinued due to typographical error or error in information received from our suppliers, Artsupply.com shall reserves the right hold any orders placed for product listed. You will be called or sent an email pertaining to this. Every attempt will be made to contact you, either by phone, email or both.
Many times when an item is discontinued, suppliers and manufacturers will replace it or offer a similar or comparable item in its place.
Artsupply.com will make every attempt to find a supplier that possibly could have remaining stock of such item(s), or to find comparable/similar product(s).
No adjustments to price or substitutions will be made without your knowledge.
Please note, Artsupply.com will not ship your order until the issue is resolved and will make every effort to come to satisfactory arrangement for both parties should such an error occur.
