Alvin drawing boards and table tops come in a variety of surfaces and weights.
The main difference in weight is the LB series which is a light weight drawing board, essential for portability.
The other drawing boards are a solid piece of wood, the LB series has a honeycomb interior making it lightweight.
The other difference are the surfaces, finished or unfinished wood, or white or woodgrain Melamine® surface and round or smooth edges .
These heavy-duty drawing boards are just what every student needs. Designed for use in the studio or when painting plein air. They can easily be carried by the convenient cut out handle. Sturdy spring-loaded clips and a heavy-duty rubber band help to keep your artwork secured!
